Terry has been an official steward for about 3-4 years, thru some of the most challenging times for our membership. When she came on board with the company about 10 years ago, she attended every union meeting because of her support for the American worker. Within 3-4 years, she began offering her assistance whenever needed -but had a lot of personal family commitments that prevented her full-time participation. She has learned a lot, some battles we win, some we lose, but she always thought it was important to stand up for our members and try to get the company to treat their employees fairly & equitable. Terry says, "lately this has indeed been very challenging, but we should never give up. Whatever happens, we need to unite & stand to make this a great company & a place where people can still make a good level & be treated with respect." Terry is currently a Senior Market Consultant in Denver.
