Ken started with the company in January of 2008. Bringing to the company a background of marketing/sales experience, he began in the Telephone Channel. Excited for the new opportunity, Ken enjoyed the aspect of helping businesses achieve their goals with the products offered and the experience he had, and gained, to insure their message was accurate for the marketplace. After approximately a year in the position, he became a Union Steward. In June of 2009, he accepted a promotion to the Premise position and is now enjoying the fruits of his labor, and the continued learning, to assist larger clients with their advertising needs. Outside of Dex One, he works with many non-profit organizations to raise the much needed money for their organization. Working many hours helping organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association, Children’s Hospital, homes for homeless teenagers, etc.. he has the opportunity to help make their organizations more effective getting the funding they need. Ken keeps a seat on the governing body of a 501c3 organization, which continues to help the local community with their fundraising efforts. Ken says "Both of these opportunities, helping businesses achieve their goals and non-profit organization raise funds, helps to keep me a well-rounded person. It makes my life rewarding and successful, albeit humble. "
