IBEW 1269 RATIFICATION MEETING

AT&T Advertising Solutions MEMBERS Only

DGA is not included in this meeting.

A ratification meeting is a special meeting called by the Union for the sole purpose of reviewing and voting on the Company/Union tentative agreement. No other business will be conducted at this meeting. At the conclusion of the meeting all ballots will be counted and the contract will either be accepted or rejected. A vote to reject is an authorization to strike.

The ratification meetinng may only be attended by AT&T Advertising Solutions/IBEW 1269 Union Members in good standing. If you are unsure of your status you should immediately contact the Union office at 415-398-8111. Those who are not members in good standing will not be permitted to enter the meeting. Spouses, children and other interested parties will not be able to attend.

WHEN: Saturday, September 18, 2010

TIME: Check in from 8:30 AM - 9:45 AM, Continental Breakfast will be served. Lunch will be served at 12:30 followed by questions and answers. The meeting will conclude when all questions are over and the voting has been tallied.
